Join us in person at Stiles Training for The YOU Revolution and you can expect to sweat through 4 group sessions per week under the watchful eye of our expert coaches plus 1 self-managed cardio session. You put the work in, and you will get the results.
Food is our favourite topic, and head coach Nat has learned a lot about food. She will review your food diary and make recommendations to help you improve your eating habits. You will be supplied with examples of healthy balanced meals and snacks, and learn how to plan and prepare a week of meals. Then the eating is up to you.
