Feeling good in your own skin is the mission at Stiles Training. We will be bringing this ethos to life in the retreat, doing so in natural, healthy way with the use of exercise, fabulous fresh food, a little adventure, relaxation and loads of fun.

Every day is different. Get ready for the daily workouts, jungle treks, yoga, an afternoon of white water rafting, our new group fitness challenge as well as the epic sunrise volcano climb. It’s all balanced out with time to kick back, relax, switch off the phone and take in local village life.

Worried that you are not fit enough? Don’t be. Suitable for all levels of fitness, doesn’t matter if you are here to kick start some healthy habits or take your fitness to a new level. The retreat will help you get the best out of your body and build towards claiming the rewards of a new you.
